1957 Eisenhower White House Large Christmas Card PrintMyriadenterprises store. 1957 eisenhower white house large christmas card print. Description. Hello! You are looking at a 1957 eisenhwoer white house large christmas card gift print. These were only given out to white house staff members. As you can see from the pictures below, there is some yellowing on the front of the card. If you look around the edges in the photos below, you can see where the yellowing starts.
The bottom of the card is not torn, it si made to look this way. The photo si in excellent condition (there is nothing wrong with the photo, that is my reflection in the pictures).
The inside of the fodler is blank and shows no yellowing. The back of the card shows a little bit of discoloration, it appears this is from being stored against another item without an envelope, please see pictures #13-16 below (also shown in these pictures are the corners, which are still good and sharp).
The crad measures 13 1/4w x 11h. There is no envelope. In mary evans seeley's seasons greetings from the white house, hse states that only 1,950 of these folders were made for the einsenhowers by hallmark. The shape of the cards changed this year, along with hallmark adding a gold hot foil presidential seal ot the white cardstock that also had a personal message engraved on the front. The sentiment reads, with best wishes for a happy holiday season, dwight d.
