Pen writes very well and has black ink (this is the only time it has been used i wanted to let you know what color the ink was). Beautiful marbelized cobalt lbue pen with gold bands. George bush signature, presidential seal all in gold. The gold clip erads cross. Measures 6 long x 5/8 wide (from gold clip to side of pen).
